Andy Schumacher has provided business insurance and risk management solutions to Wisconsin-based clients for more than 30 years. His client relationships are enhanced by his diverse experience both inside and outside of the insurance industry. His advocacy for his clients is rooted in his knowledge of their unique business operations and company culture and his desire to help them succeed.

 

His work experience includes all aspects of insurance agency operations, sales, sales management, training, strategic planning, and merger and acquisitions. He was a shareholder and partner of the Warren Group and facilitated its sale to Johnson Financial Group in 2006. He remained at Johnson, serving in numerous roles.

 

In 2019, Andy and his daughter, Clare Schumacher, departed Johnson and formed Guardian Risk Solutions to provide risk management and insurance solutions to Wisconsin-based businesses.

 

Andy has earned professional designations through the Insurance Institute of America as well as the National Alliance for Insurance & Research. 

 

He has served on the Board of Directors for the Independent Insurance Agents of WI, Catholic Charities, Notre Dame de la Baie Foundation, Green Bay Area Catholic School Foundation, Ducks Unlimited, as well as served on boards of education along with membership, and committee roles in other civic organizations.
